Unfortunately the majority of our carriers will not allow depot drop off's or collections (particularly during COVID times).
However we understand in some regional areas it may be necessary for a customer to drop off or pickup from a depot. If the sender or receiver are in a 'non-capital city' regional location please first obtain approval from our Support staff (please lodge a ticket via the SUPPORT button on our site) and they will advise how to proceed when completing a booking.
