If you have problem with a pickup or delivery you can contact Smart Send via the 'Support' button in the top right corner of our site.
Alternatively you can email support@smartsend.com.au and include the consignment number for your booking in the Subject line of the email sent. Both these processes will setup a ticket with Smart Send and our staff will respond to you within 9 minutes (on average) during business hours.
If you have a question or issue with one one of Shipping plugins or apps please email plugins@smartsend.com.au and this will setup a ticket with our tech dept to respond to you promptly.
