If you receive an error 'session expiry' on our site when attempting to obtain a quote or you're having issues with logging in to our site, this can be due to a 'caching' issue in your browser. The easiest way to resolve this issue is to clear the cookie cache in your web browser.
The other reason this could occur is if you have two tabs open in the same browser with the Smart Send site in both browser tabs. You should only use one browser tab when accessing our site to avoid a session expiry issue.
If you are clearing your cookies, we would recommend choosing to clear all options presented to you when removing cookies from your browser (you should be able to leave 'Passwords' unticked however). Once you have cleared your cookie cache you must also restart your computer to ensure this process is complete.
