How do I generate my shipping labels in 6x4 inch format so I can print on a thermal label printer?

You can manage label formats via the ‘Settings’ tab in your VIP account console on the Smart Send website (https://www.smartsend.com.au). 

Choose the 'thermal label' option for 6x4 inch labels to be generated for your bookings.

Subsequent orders fulfilled with Smart Send carriers will then use the new 6x4 inch PDF shipping label format when generated.

If you've brought your MyPost Business account to Smart Send to streamline your shipping on our platform or via our shipping app's, you can set the label format for your MyPost Business labels via the MyPost>Settings tab in your Smart Send VIP account console.
