The Smart Send site uses centimetres (cms) to provide accurate price quotes to customers. Smart Send can transport individual items up to 4 metres (400cms) in length and 1 tonne (1000kgs) in weight.
A common mistake made is when customers enter the dimensions in millimetres (e.g. 2000mm = 200cm = 2 metres). Please ensure the dimensions you are entering are in centimetres.
Also ensure you only enter numbers in the Weight (kgs) and Dimensions (cms) fields in the Quote section. DO NOT ENTER ‘kgs’ or ‘cms’ after the numbers in these fields as the Quote section will not provide a price quote.
