The ‘Tax Invoice/Freight Job Itinerary’ email (which contains your customised bar-coded consignment-label/s) can sometimes get caught in the Spam folder of your email program (depending on your spam filter settings).
Firstly please check the Spam folder in your email program and verify if the ‘Tax Invoice/Freight Job Itinerary’ email is there. If it is, please add Smart Send as a “Safe Sender” or 'Not Junk' so the same issue does not occur in future (usually you can right click on the email while it is in your Spam folder and choose something like ‘Add Sender’s Domain’ or ‘Add Sender’ to Safe Sender’s list).
If the ‘Tax Invoice/Freight Job Itinerary’ email is not in your Spam folder, please click on the ''Escalate to ticket' link on the right hand side of this page & provide us with the following details:

and one of our staff will respond to you ASAP.
Please note, VIP customers can access the PDF shipping labels and Tax Invoices in their VIP account console when logged into the Smart Send site.
