Can you deliver to Post Office boxes?

Unfortunately only Australia Post (and their subsidiaries) can deliver to PO Boxes or Post Offices.  Please note deliveries by Star Track Express (a subsidiary of Australia Post) to a PO Box can occur for smaller products however a surcharge will apply; please check with us first on additional charges which will apply.

In rare scenarios, if the receiver is located in a rural or remote area and the local Australia Post office is the main drop off location for courier companies then this may be allowed.  Please check with us first before booking on our site, by lodging a ticket via the SUPPORT button on our homepage.

If you have brought your own MyPost Business account to Smart Send, you can send to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and Post Offices however via MyPost Business.
