Do drivers call on approach to pickup or delivery?

Driver's do not call on approach to pickup or delivery.

For pickups/collections, we require someone to be in attendance at the pickup address for the 4 hour time window as nominated in your booking (unless an 'unattended pickup' is chosen via the booking form on our site).

For deliveries, you can track the goods via the 'Tracking' button on our homepage to establish which day the goods will be out for delivery (if you check the Tracking feature by 10am in the mornings on weekdays it will advise if the goods are out for delivery that day).

Receivers can usually expect an 'out for delivery' SMS on the morning of delivery also (although this may not occur in all situations).
