Most issues with shipping quotes not being returned by the app are due to incorrect setup and can be resolved by watching these 3 tutorial videos:

Customers on our Premium and Ultra VIP plans can lodge a support request through the 'Help' tab of our app or via the SUPPORT button at the top of the Smart Send site.
