To correct this issue, scroll to the top of the order in the fulfillment section and correct the town or postcode so they are the correct combination (please check https://auspost.com.au/postcode if you are not sure).
We would also recommend enabling the ‘Enable Address Autocompletion’ tickbox in the Shopify>Checkout section in your store’s admin. This should save these types of issues from occurring in future also.
