I can’t get shipping quotes returned at cart level or on product pages in my Shopify site?

The Smart Send Premium app for Shopify has been designed to return shipping quotes at checkout only.  Due to limitations by Shopify on cart level or product page calculators, we cannot return accurate shipping quotes at cart/product pages because Shopify only allows a postcode to be chosen whereas our carriers and Smart Send require the postcode and town to be entered to return correct shipping quotes.
