If you haven’t already we would recommend watching the Smart Pack tutorial video which explains the correct procedures to utilise Smart Pack for your shipments.
The main issue from our experience is that merchants have not added sufficient ‘package types’ to the Smart Pack tab; so there are enough packages available based on customer orders. For example, if you have 10 different sized products in your store but have only added 1 or 2 package types in the Smart Pack tab of the app, you will find your shipping quote options will be limited; by adding more package types of different size and weight capacities you will find you can get better and more efficient shipping quote options returned via the app (we recommend a minimum of 5 packages types but if you can add many more it will be beneficial to you).
