Please check you have funds in your Smart Top-up account in your VIP account console in the Smart Send website (https://www.smartsend.com.au). You can add funds to your Smart Top-up account via credit card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Once funds are available you will be able to fulfill orders through the Smart Send Premium app seamlessly.

Step 1: Housekeeping in Shopify
Premium and Ultra VIP customers can lodge a ticket for further support via the 'Help' tab in the app or via the SUPPORT button located at the top of the Smart Send site. Standard VIP customers can request Paid support via the same options.
