How do I make payment for shipping costs through the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify when I fulfill orders?

To fulfill orders through the Smart Send Premium app for Shopify, payment must be made via the Smart Top-up option for VIP customers.  Smart Top-up is like a virtual wallet, you can add funds to your Smart Top-up account via credit card, Paypal or Bank Transfer.  When you complete bookings or fulfill orders through the app (or our website) the freight charge for the booking is deducted from your Smart Top-up balance.

You can add funds to your Smart Top-up account via the ‘Top-up Funding’ tab in your VIP account console on the Smart Send website (https://www.smartsend.com.au).
